To the Atlanta Public Schools Open Records Officer,
Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et seq., I request electronic copies of the following existing records concerning the proposed Cheney Olympic Legacy Complex / Atlanta Track Club project.
- Any appraisal, fair market value analysis, leasehold valuation, market rent analysis, broker opinion of value, or similar document evaluating the value of the property rights proposed to be provided to Atlanta Track Club.
- Any written agreement, term sheet, memorandum of understanding, presentation, staff memorandum, or other document describing the guaranteed use of the proposed facility by Atlanta Public Schools, including commitments regarding school access, scheduling priority, practices, competitions, events, STEM programming, or other APS use.
- Any written agreement, term sheet, presentation, staff memorandum, or other document describing guaranteed community access to the proposed facility, including commitments regarding the proposed community center or shared community space.
- Any written proposal, site plan, presentation, staff memorandum, feasibility analysis, or other formal document evaluating, recommending, comparing, or rejecting an alternative site, alternative building footprint, alternative project configuration, or alternative use of the property for the proposed project.
