Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I request electronic copies of the following records created, received, or maintained from January 1, 2024, through the date this request is processed:
- Communications, including emails and attachments, concerning the proposed Atlanta Track Club indoor track or Olympic Legacy Complex at Cheney Stadium.
- Proposals, presentations, memoranda, meeting materials, draft or executed agreements, term sheets, letters of intent, site plans, maps, and financial analyses concerning the project.
- Records concerning the possible use of Georgia State University property or facilities in connection with the project, including parking lots, parking decks, Center Parc Stadium facilities, access roads, transportation services, event parking, traffic management, or shared facilities.
