Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act and GHSA By-Law 4.62, I request electronic copies of records concerning the proposed Atlanta Track Club indoor track or Olympic Legacy Complex at Cheney Stadium in Atlanta.

This request concerns GHSA’s activities with respect to public high schools, including possible use of the proposed facility for GHSA-sanctioned competitions, championship events, qualifying events, practices, or other programming involving public-school students.
Please provide records created, sent, received, or maintained from January 1, 2023, through the date this request is processed, including:
- Emails, attachments, text messages, letters, meeting notes, calendar invitations, presentations, reports, proposals, memoranda, site plans, facility specifications, and other communications concerning the proposed facility.
