Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act and GHSA By-Law 4.62, I request electronic copies of records concerning the proposed Atlanta Track Club indoor track or Olympic Legacy Complex at Cheney Stadium in Atlanta.

This request concerns GHSA’s activities with respect to public high schools, including possible use of the proposed facility for GHSA-sanctioned competitions, championship events, qualifying events, practices, or other programming involving public-school students.

Please provide records created, sent, received, or maintained from January 1, 2023, through the date this request is processed, including:

  1. Emails, attachments, text messages, letters, meeting notes, calendar invitations, presentations, reports, proposals, memoranda, site plans, facility specifications, and other communications concerning the proposed facility.
  2. Communications between GHSA and any of the following concerning the proposed facility:
    • Atlanta Track Club
    • Atlanta Public Schools
  3. Records concerning the possible use of the facility for:
    • GHSA state championships
    • Sectional, regional, or qualifying meets
    • GHSA-sanctioned invitationals
    • Public-high-school practices or meets
    • Indoor track and field competition
    • Track clinics, training, or other GHSA programming
