To the City of Atlanta Open Records Officer,
Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et seq., I request electronic copies of the following existing records concerning the proposed Cheney Olympic Legacy Complex / Atlanta Track Club project.
- Any written zoning determination, zoning verification letter, staff memorandum, pre-application comments, or other written record analyzing or stating the zoning status of the proposed project under the current zoning, including whether the project or any component of it is permitted, conforming, nonconforming, accessory, conditional, or subject to additional zoning approval.
- Any document identifying the zoning ordinance provisions, definitions, use classifications, or administrative interpretations applied to the proposed project or any component of it.
- Any document identifying whether the project or any component of it requires rezoning, a special use permit, variance, special administrative permit, parking approval, subdivision approval, or any other zoning or land-use approval.
Please provide the records electronically.
To minimize costs, please notify me before incurring charges exceeding $25. If any records are withheld or redacted, please identify the statutory exemption relied upon and provide all reasonably segregable non-exempt portions.
